The Lemann Institute organizes together with CLACS a series of lectures about Brazil. Every year we invite faculty and graduate students from UIUC and other institutions to present their most recent work and contribute to the dissemination of knowledge of Brazil across campus.

Conferences
The Lemann Institute for Brazilian Studies organizes or supports a number of conferences about Brazil every year. Current issues in economics, social sciences, literature, agronomy and law, among other disciplines, are discussed by recognized specialists from around world who are authorities on Brazil.
